Grape-growing and wine-making have been traditional for the region ever since Thracian times. Many ancient authors have praised the Thracian wine, and the recipe has been passed from father to son for generations... This is what I was inspired by!
The winery is surrounded by vineyards that stretch on the hills, a pond and greenery offering excellent conditions for grape growing. Above the cellar rises the boutique hotel Soli Invicto (The Invincible sun from Italian), which disposes of 10 uniquely furnished rooms, wine-tasting hall, fine dining restaurant, lobby bar and outdoor swimming pool, which augment the wine product and your well-being. The design and the furnishing of the hotel meets the most demanding customers.
Edoardo Miroglio winery is specialized in the production of quality white, rosé and red wines, as well as sparkling wine (Traditional Method) – white and rosé, rakia and liqueur. The major brands produced by the winery are: Elenovo (Reserves), Edoardo Miroglio (premium brand), Sant'Ilia, Soli and Saint Ilia Estate (commercial brands). Elenovo and EM (Edoardo Miroglio) are mostly distributed in selected hotels and restaurants, as well as specialized wine stores, while Soli, Sant’Ilia and Saint Ilia Estate are commercial brands designated for the domestic and export markets.
